MEXICAN QUAD — Heat Index: 4/5 When someone asks what’s your everyday sauce, this was our answer for a long time. We have since made a Louisiana table hot sauce that joins that list. The Mexican Quad pairs great with Mexican food ofc, but it can be added to just about anything for a little extra full flavor heat!
RED EYE — Heat Index: 4/5 This beautiful red-hot sauce is made in the Louisiana style with just a slight twist. The garlic really shines in this sauce. We use red habaneros grown in the Dominican Republic for this sauce. The habaneros are well-blended using pickled vinegar combined with white vinegar and spices to complete the taste profile. The result is a wonderful Louisiana sauce with more heat and flavor than your typical Frank’s, Texas Pete, etc.
HOLY GUACAMOLE — A guacamole hot sauce! This sauce is made with fresh avocados and a fermented serrano mash. To round out the full guacamole flavor we added fresh lime juice, cilantro, black pepper, and garlic! This is a must for all Mexican and Tex Mex!
