The Bon Sauvage is a delicious step up from the already wonderful Willamette Valley pinot. The Bon Sauvage cuvee began as we practiced native fermentation and has been a part of our lineup since 2015. We use 25% new French oak which brings spice, chocolate, and vanilla to the background of a wine already brimming with fruit and floral aromas.
