Winemaker notes:
āPommard clone Pinot Noir from Northridge Vineyard (Eola-Amity Hills AVA) with Pommard, 777, 115 and Wadenswil clones from Stewart Vineyard in the Ribbon Ridge AVA.Ā Ā The grapes were fermented in small lots using native yeasts with around 40% whole cluster. The wine was aged for twelve months in French oak (some neutral and several one-year-old barrels).
āPlum and cherry fruit flavors pair with medium tannins and a supple texture. Earthy, savory flavors compliment the fruit. Beautiful with salmon, mushrooms, and pork. Drink now or cellar for ten or more years. (890 cases produced).ā
